Can't sleep?

Me neither. And actually pretty familiar with the phenomenon. Familiar enough to know the good tricks.
- take a walk. outside or inside.
- DON'T even start with all the creative projects that pops into your head. even though it seems perfectly normal to redecorate your room in the middle of the night.
- do some yoga
- pray
- write down some adventures or dreams
- knit
- make a cup of tea. decaffeinated.
- DON'T blog. it'll wake you up. true story.
- go to bed all over again. just think that if you don't fall asleep now, you'll fall asleep in an hour. or in two hours. or three. but you will fall asleep eventually. and if you don't, that's really not that bad.
